Usage conditions of the JUDO Premium Partner area
JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH provides its registered partners with comprehensive information and data material in the Premium field.
This data includes texts, text excerpts, pictures and graphics, sound, video and animation files, as well as the JUDO Logo.

The use of this data provided by JUDO is subject to the following conditions:
JUDO grants its Premium Partners the free, simple and non-transferable right to use the data.
JUDO checks and updates the data continually, although we can offer no guarantee of the actuality, correctness or completeness of the data. JUDO reserves the right to amend the information at any time.
The Premium Partner undertakes to use the JUDO data without amendment, and to refer to JUDO in a suitable way as the source of the data. The source reference must include the endorsement "© JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH, Winnenden.
All rights reserved." Publication requires the prior written permission of JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH, Winnenden.
JUDO reserves the right to revoke the usage rights of the Premium Partner immediately. Justified reasons for this include, amongst other things, infringements of the usage conditions by the Premium Partner, insolvency etc.
