JUDO Full Desalination Systems

JUDO full desalination systems are used amongst other things for the treatment of boiler supply water, in air-conditioning systems and laboratories and in the production of inks and dyes. Further application areas can be found in galvanising, the pharmaceuticals industry, in foodstuffs and drinks production and in the electronics industry. Mixed-bed full desalination systems are normally used in pure water systems, for improving the quality or as "policing" filters to prevent unexpected ruptures caused by salt corrosion.

JUDO desalination systems are supplied in a compact design using the modular principle as complete units ready for operation. All necessary fittings and measurement devices are installed in clearly visible and accessible positions. The regeneration programme can be initiated either manually (JZV) or completely automatically (JZVA). The water quality is monitored continually by a built-in conductivity measurement device. The pressure-resistant filter containers of fibreglass-reinforced polyester with internal lining, top-quality ion-exchanger resins, central switching valves or individual valves and PVC distribution and supply systems guarantee high resistance to corrosion, a high level of efficiency and long working life.
