In the JUDO E-series filters, filtration takes place in a filter bed. This process is particularly indicated in applications where the quantity of dissolved or undissolved materials to be filtered out is large, but the size of the particles is relatively small. Depending on the properties of the unwanted materials and the requirements on the water quality, filtration is carried out using one or more layers and different particle sizes.
