Untreated drinking water is only partly suitable for use as boiler supply water. Wherever limescale formation, low pH-levels, high temperatures, oxygen in the heating water or faulty boiler operation cause operating problems with the heating system, a mobile filling and supplementary water treatment system is essential. Operating problems can be corrosion in the boiler or piping system, sludge accumulation in fittings and pipes and poor heat transmission.
